Home - IE6, Firefox and Outlook XP
Work - IE6, Outlook 2003
Roaming - Any browser and Horde (Web mail client) or Pine. (Linux mail client)

I also have about 4 lines of security on the mail server I use. Any mail I get is checked against a Spam black list, the sender ID is check, then it's scanned for viruses, scanned for spam, filtered against suspect HTML/macros. Then Norton is the final line when I get the email from the server at home.

Avant Browser (http://www.avantbrowser.com/) (complete IE shell replacement using the windows inbuilt components)

For e-mail - For a long time I used Mailwasher (collection front-end to filter out spam/malware/etc) which then passes to Outlook Express. For various reasons I still keep that system running in parallel to Opera (as a mail client only) which is now my preferred client.

I have lots of different mail & browser clients installed for testing/diagnosis purposes, but Avant browser and Opera mail are the ones I personally use day in, day out.

Firefox and Opera. Opera gets overlooked alot, however being able to saved your tabbed browsing sessions is great.

IE6, Outlook Express (Boooo! Hissss!)

Sorry but I don't care for this anti-Microsoft kick that seems to be going down at the moment. Sure IE isn't as secure as it should be, so what? Just don't visist dodgy sites that are likely to hack your browser! ;)

Nothing against firefox and all that, but it kinda reminds me of the pretentious people that use Linux just so they can scoff at Windows users. And of course I don't mean everyone who uses Linux is like that :p

and I am most happy with both of em...

I have Firefox and IE installed as well, tried Thunderbird ...but nothing gets even close to the performance and great usability of the above.

Care to define dodgy? Maybe give us a list of every site that has possible ActiveX (etc) hacks...

Firefox 1.0.6
