What amount of HC do i need to cap the revelers gun? 100 hc enough? 120?

I believe you simply need enough to fire the weapon , applies to all vehicle weapons.

NO, you do need more than the req, but not much more at all. WEP however ahs a very pronounced effect on the aiming, some even dont believe it caps. Still, 120 would easily be enough, 100 probably is.

120 HC or so with at least 90 WEP. My HC PE capped his Reveler before he capped his TL70-ish Plasma Cannon.

My HC PE capped his Reveler before he capped his TL70-ish Plasma Cannon.Maybe it's because the Reveler gun is handled like a TL 55 gun, e.g. it should cap at about the same skill levels like an Unlabeled Plasma Cannon (excluding the T-C requirement).

yeah a tl55 gun that drops a warbot titan in 10 seconds and gives rank 55/xx lol

Look for the STR req. the higher it is, the more HC u need (my guess is about 2x STR)

Can't confirm this, but I'm fairly sure the Reveller gun is the equivalent of an all-artifact TL55 Heavy Weapon, so you need significantly less HC than you would for a normal TL55 cannon (as you can't get all arti non-rares).

ive seen some all arti non rares around that tl

ive seen some all arti non rares around that tlThe only way that would be possible is using a Laurent barrel, Ultima, another barrel, freq, and handling mods. That would mean no ammo mod, or you'd have to have a 6+ slot weapon or a weapon that was GM created.

My TL55 Plasma Cannon has an Ultima, two barrels and an ammo mod, with one free slot left. It's 115/108/108/115.

5 slots, no ammo mod. So the best would probably be to:

Heavy Weapon - Non-RareYour build cap of 94% isn't accurate. Build cap on a TL55 Unlabeled Plasma Cannon is going to be 93%.

What I've just noticed is that my NC1-transferred regular weapons are missing their Ultima-generated stat boosts. My range on the TL55 and TL72 Plasma Cannons is the same as if I added two barrels. That's not right as Ultimas gave range boosts. :-(
ive seen itThen you've seen it with a description containing Ultima and Laurent, you've seen a GM-created weapon, or you're looking at an Epic item.

Laurents gave 18% damage/range, so with a Laurent and standard Barrel, it's possible to add 29% damage/range to an item. 93% + 29% = 122%, or 120% since the engine won't "overcap" items. You still need to add 27% to frequency and handling to make a TL55 Plasma Cannon completely artifact. 16% from an Ultima, then another 16% from a gyro and ammodelivery, leaving you no slots open for ammo mod.

Without a Laurent, the best you'll see is 115% damage on a TL55 Unlabeled Plasma Cannon. The regular TL72 Plasma Cannon's base build stats are even lower, so you won't see a 120% TL72 Plasma Cannon without a Laurent.

were not talking about cannons and there stats people...this is a VEHICLE.

were not talking about cannons and there stats peopleYes, we are. Because it's mounted on a vehicle does not make it any less of a cannon.
...this is a VEHICLE.Maybe you should re-read the thread. The point of the weapon conversation is to point out that the Reveler is effectively an artifact TL55-ish weapon and as such has much lower HC/Wep reqs to cap. Certain people think it's possible to get all-artifact TL55-ish weapons. We're pointing out that it effectively isn't possible (Laurents don't drop any more).
