What's the stat cap on the Blaksun?

Whats the stat cap on that weapon? Meaning what is the max stat a cster can make it upto.

Is it 86? Lower?

dont remeber bout blacksun but raptor tl122 is 79% quality cap .. items bout tl 80 are bout 87% quality cap

The cap is 86 all around, I just dont think a cster can get enough to get it from a raptor

ok put it this way then


get a TL 3 heal, and a holy rez. both PPU spells, both with difference caps, heal at something like 93% yet a holy rez is like 85% or something around there



get a TL 19 lasercanno, and a TPC, the TPC is like 88% stats yet the lasercannon is like 91%

i thought for all built items with stats, it got lower as you go up in TL... low tl guns have a lot higher built cap stats, all the way up to the highest TL's capping at only 86.

If you can get me a player built, unmodded holy rez with 94% stats i will.... i dunno yet, but then again im 110% sure that your in the wrong considering ive prettymuch spent the last 2 weeks on a conster buildin shit for the clan...

OK some examples bout TL/build quality cap:
TL 2 / 94%
TL 48 / 94%
TL 52 / 93%
TL 53 / 92%
TL 67 / 90%
TL 72 / 88%
TL 76 / 88%
TL 79 / 88%
TL 82 / 87%
TL 85 / 87%
TL 91 / 85%
TL 95 / 84%
TL 122 / 79%

all items build with cnst3/op/glove/drugs and w/o all those bonuses so skill diff quite big, results were identical for all (not for Puni but my cnster is hybrid so cant cap quality on tl122 w/o glove and cnst1)

What that means ?:
- prolly up to TL 50(51?) all items cap @ 94% (no matter spells/weapons/drones)
- then higher TL = lower quali cap

That gives some advantage to hybrid tradeskillers because you dont need to be dedicated cnster to cap quality (not talkin bout slots here)
