c2p / reactiavting account

I have just reactiavted my neocron account, and has anyone had the characters on the account as not their orignal characters? Citycom shows runners still exist, but they are not on my account?

c2p billed my twice for same reactiavation also any solution on that?

On the problem of chars i'd get in touch with helpdesk@neocron.com , as for the being billed twice, one of my many problems with c2p has been that when i reactivate they like to make me pay for the game again, rather than a months subscription, so far i've just been paying it as with past experience they tend to f**k things up if you make it complicated for them.
Pity we'll never see paypal again :(
