I have an HC PE. His final setup (when taking beast) comes to 194 HC & 90 WPL. Is this a lot more HC than I need to fully cap the TPC (4/5 slot incarnations)? I'd like to know if I can afford putting a little STR into resist force or maybe even transport.

That's a tad much i think.

I was doing fine with 85wpl and 176hc, didn't cap it though.

I capp mine at around 162 to 170 HC and 92 WPL

I think i capped a 4 slot tpc with 150ish h-c.
It's actually possible to cap a TPC and a POT and be a hybrid PE. Great fun to play.

Pretty funny watching people react when you jump out of your vehicle and suddenly pull out the rare claw. :) Loved it.

Though he was drugged on nightshade, that was quite hard to keep that habbit going...

Bullshit you need WAY more then 170 to cap TPC, that is, if u FULLY want to cap it (dam/aim)
the TPC caps is around 184 HC 116 WEP (dam/aim cap)
you want to cap the aiming.

Then why did i cap the TPC with 70 WEP and 180 HC? Ok, im Tank, but that SHOULDNT make any difference, shouldnt it?

I was close to fully cap a TPC once I could use one on my tank. With like 86 WEP and 185 H-C you cap even TL 110 rares on a tank, if they have a high quality. Thats 25 TLs higher than a TPC. PEs do have less STR, but you never need that much WEP+H-C. I should hint at the fact, that this implies using preferably a 5 slot TPC, not a 1 slot or similar junk, because _then_ you will need a lot of H-C and WEP

Yes, it does depend what type of TPC we are talikng here. Slotless or 5 slotted with 2 damage mods and 2 handling mods, for example?

Im talking about capping a TPC with 2 Slots for Ammomods (X-Heated, X-Ray).
So the Stats are builtcap (around 86% or so).

yes, but you are a tank and can afford the extra h-c. as a pe you can't have so much tho, besides this wont ever be your primary weapon as well

got 5 slot ultimated TPC, with xray mod !

cappin wasnt too difficult i think, something about 170 h-c und 90 wep.

a tank can cap aiming on CS from HC, with as low as 60 ( ? ) WEP

im not sure well my tank has like 40 PSU, and is HC

you can sompensate by putting more HC, less WEP for more PSU

on a PE u sacrifice PSU for WEP, and balance it with HC to FULLY cap that shit, thats is dam/aim

It turns out that at 194 HC + 90 WPL, I cap damage/aiming/frequency on a 2 slot TPC (with handling/frequency mods) - obviously 3 slot is best for ammo mod. Which is good for neptune, if there was actually anyone to fight with :)

Shame I spent time prior to finding this out making 4 and 5 slot TPCs as backup weapons. At least with those ones I have the potential of blinding my foes with the deadly flashlight mod i suppose.

Edit: actually it's fully capped with 189 HC + 90 WPL (when HC boost is not running)
