Hi, I can connect to the net ok, but.
I cannot connect to my Xbox live...

When i open up my Modem connect, I see this...




what should i do to fix it ?

Are you sure your modem is connection 2? it looks like 1 from what I saw

I've never tried to connect to an Xbox.
So, I may have this misunderstood.

Are you trying to network to your xbox with your network card, or with the modem?

If it is with the network card, I'd imagine you need to just set it up like standard local networking ip addresses.

With the modem...
What type of modem is it? I saw ADSL in there somewhere. I think that would be a different type than what is needed. Something like a USR 56k might do it.
Also, try using a null-modem type cable. Basically, the wires are reversed for the far connection. @@## I am not responsible for you losing the magic smoke from your stuff. (read as, if it blows up, not my fault.)

Just some thoughts, like I said, I've never dealt with an Xbox and I might be misunderstanding the situation.
