Help Urgent!

i've tried emailing

on my outlook express and my hotmail in my IE box and it send but i never recieve a ticket reply which shud be instant.

ive sent 10 emails so far again and it aint workin.
its in my sent box for outlook and Hotmail im gettin nuttin back.

what do i do now.....

cos ive got an original ticket i had a problem with my account before but it wont send me a new one for a problem i have on my account now.

Normaly i'd say PM Nid or Odin...but Odin has turned off his PMs it would seem.

yeh saw that tried to pm him my self.

gonna pm Nid now.

tratos got my account up when when i logged in my 2 years of work characters were not there. like brand new slots were in its place i moved all my chars last time i saw.

i usually use Outlook express , so everything goes into my Inbox


and usually i'd see great big 15 digit nimber in brackets wid ticket so i wudnt of deleted them by accident.

Pm'd u the details plus new ticket i got after 15 emails i actually got 1 ticket back.

its like ur system is screwin up

just like the forum went down other day for couple of hrs.
and yesterday i got disconnected and it wudnt let me bak onto the server for an hr. (syncronizing ) for ages.
