I already have WoC STR +1
I have the epic for my current faction done
I have 2.5mil on me
I have a WoC disc on me
I have 281mil overcap STR experience (438mil total exp)

So why does the ceres guy tell me I meet the requirements, except that I don't
have a WoC disc on me? (I've rebooted, logged out for hours, come back and
tried again)

Please tell me you don't need 2 discs for the 2nd level. Can anyone
confirm/deny this through personal experience?

Yes. You need the ammount of disks on you as the WoC your going for. So if you are gona go for WoC 4 then you will need 4 disks on you at the time. Oh what fun.

One of my other guys needs WoC +2 and +3 still (has the experience)
That's not gonna be fun getting those discs... :(

KK need to up the drops of the disks if you ask me. It shouldn't take weeks of non stop hunting to get one disk for WoC 1 and by that time you have the exp for WoC 3...

Its good and bad.

Its a grind but it keeps them - and therefore the abilities/item users - rare.

just a question: once you are lvl 2 ou 3 or even 5, what does it bring you? As far as I know, WoC is nothing more than a figure, so just useless.

LOL You should read the SXR Guide! :p

WOC 1 - You need 1 disk
WOC 2 - You need 2 disks
WOC 3 - You need 3 disks
WOC 4 - You need 4 disks
WOC 5 - You need 5 disks

When did NC2 start? 2004... and still not the faintest WoC lvl 1 item. I am just trying to imagine the time it will take KK to implement WoC lvl 5 items...

First they have to change the design of all the weapons of the game...

Well we have the X-Bow and the new MC WoC item. So thats 2, out of like 7 that we need ;).
