I have waited over 40 hours for helpdesk to atleast reply to my mail other then automated no-reply, as stated on the support page i have also mailed supportwatch after 24 hours and that was 18 hours ago and i havent even got an reply yet.
As my problem kinda stop me from playing its irritating to pay and not play. My problem is that ive transfered my NC1 chars to Terra and everyone got bugged and are now a psi monk with capped stats in str/sta/dex i.e my tank has 35dex, and as i allready have 4 good chars i dont want to make a new just to remove it when the support wakes up. Is the support allways this slow?
