Gaining symp

as a 0/2 newb i use to be able to symp whore and get
enough symp to run missions and such, however in the recent past
it does not seem to work anymore.
I know it's not something that is encouraged however it is not considered as against the rules, i was just wondering if one of the patches had a stealth fix for this feature.
Also is there anyway that you can symp whore as a 0/2 nowadays, without running missions and such ?

What´s wrong with running missions for you´re own faction?


and no I don´t think you can...

Even when I do merc missions, I lose tg symp, so it feels like any actions has a reaction, so if you kill a person, yes you gain symp in his enemies, but you lose more symp with his allies.

So it is possible to get all factions at -99 but the way I see it, it´s impossible to get all factions to +99

i use to kill a TG char as a Pro char and get symp with Pro, but now it does not seem to work.
Missions take a lot longer than killing symp whores.

Do NPC raid... if you want rise pro symph and got some combat skills: Hotnoka (IND-2), Jade and FA NPC Ouzone-4, Max Delavre Outzone 5, Crahn and FA NPC's @ Tawkeen Vilage, Crahn NPC @ Crest, Tsunami NPC @ Secret Passage 2 (behind Tsunami hidden HQ after bump asylum).

thats most likely the +- 10 lvl difference max thing..

Ras, u need 90 faction symp before u can run those tl150 missions.

@ naimex i have tried to kill another 0/2 with my 0/2 char and no luck.

I think they may have put in a stealth fix for this so you are unable
to gain symp by killing a symp whore at low lvl's, (it still works if you are high lvl). I would have liked to know if they did do that tho :confused:

You need to do at least 15% dmg now! Problably a one-shot kíll doesn't count?!
