In the furnished is provided in the furinture appartments but not in unfurnished. no matter which u pick u can place more furniture.

The reason furnished ones are more is because u can not remove the furniture in them of move them. So u are stuck with the furniture that is there.

i thought the RP reason for unfurnished being more was that it was wired for a gogo throughout the whole thing. (an explanation that doesnt make sense since you can add more gogo's to furnihsed apts)
