Secondly

We've all heard everyone bitching about stuff like if procity wants a lab it should attempt to keep cycrow but we all know that FF and paradox and who ever else sides with em would throw everything into defending cycrow even if it ment loosing all other ops.

But no one can argue the map is unbalanced.... this is becoming a more recurring point with other balance issues we're still operating with NC1's balance of power system where it was more advantageous to venture away from home base of the south of neocron to gain greater rewards better leveling etc, in NC2 the map layout didn't really matter too much as everyone really generally started from the same point the south of the map, cept MB but its obvious that accomodations were made to MBs locations to balance it out in NC1.

Now if you sit at the layout tool and pop up all the trader boosting ops factories, labs, mines. you instantly notice factories are balanced so are mines with roughly equal ammounts either side of the north/south techhaven design. But then we get to labs and every lab is north of techhaven and to make it worse a majority of the labs are located in the north eastern area of the map in canyon country which is basicly anti city territory due to doy bots and other advantages from the close proximity of doy and tg canyon.

Sooo solutions.

Firstly soliko lab gets removed, and turned into a public spot perhaps add a GR.

Add two new ops in the south one just north of sherman bay in B-10 a new lab. Then another lab on the beach in A-10.

You do realise this would make two of the exact same type of OP only seperated by one zoneline O_o a little off dont ya think?

They just need less labs

by remove I don't nesscarily mean remove the features of the area rip out the hack term the shops the UG entrance and the GR and you basicly have catlockbay.

Toxen, procity actually have abit too many factories since there are four more or less just outside NC. I agree that you have too few labs though. What should happen is that KK simply should transform one of the factories into a lab. That'll do fine and is probably alot easier than making new OPs.

Dont touch the OPs around DoY. Definately dont make Soliko into a public GR!

Btw, one more type of char that really need OP bonuses are dual-tradeskillers CST+RES.

Make gravis a lab, put some nice mobs around the zone, you already got point red gr nearby. Easy peasy you got your southern cycrow like op. Stick a chaos cave a zone away maybe.
