not the neolauncher..

neocronnetwork.de made a launcher but it doesn't have nearly the functionality of NLpro; i assume because most of that isnt allowed

Neolauncher and NLPro are two different things, and im sure ive seen a neolauncher for NC2.

yes it should be in your neocron2 directory, called NeocronLauncher.exe
