More paid people at KK = http://forum.neocron.com/images/icons/icon14.gif tbh, not a Dev but german support should improve :)
Now, if only I was German and playing on a German server I'd care
Congrats @ Ostara :)
So now the germans have two SO's now? Or did Daishi get stuck in synch somewhere and no-ones seen him since?
oh, and @ Morganth: if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all
Well we have Odin & Danae and the germans now have Ostara, Carange and Carbonite, well i think they are classed as support officals as they are paid...to do support, just some, well Odin Danae and Carange aint updated their sigs and stuff.
Thought Daishi was vice chief gamemaster rather than SO? O_o

don't know how old the info on the necron website is but it shows Daishi as german/english support official and carb and PlasmaStorm are the english ones.
btw tratos support official is a "head" gm it goes from SO to GM to GM trainee SO being the highest ofcourse. nothing to do with giving support @ helpdesk e-mail ( what nea / odin are doing )
Thought it might have been something like that so this new person is simply a paid Support GM?
I'm not sure Ostara is new. I think he just got promoted.
He is listed as one of the GM's for the GM takedown event

Correct, I know he's been doing events on the german servers for a long time and I also got a dogtag from him when that kill the GM thing was going on
Myself/Nae = English Helpdesk
Plasmastorm/Carbonite = English GM officials
Ostara = German GM official
Chenoa/Arbiter = EGM official's
Daishi/Carnage = German Helpdesk
There is some cross work that also goes on. For example forum moderation management is part of my job. Chenoa also does some German helpdesk work and Carbonite handles english abuse cases etc. So rarely are rolls 100% defined.
Yeah, and Carb also makes the tea. :p

P.S. Congrats, Ostara!
Devs > support. More fixing = less need for support
Yeah, and Carb also makes the tea. :p
two sugars in mine then... and be quick about it!
