Second time in this week my account was blocked without reason.
after login to NC2 i have info that my account expired :(
Suport fixed this bug for... 1 day... today have the same problem.
its so "funny" because account is paid up to December and this info is on account page:

Subscription Status
Status: Terminated

Your subscription ended after a cancellation.

Current Gametime Period
Period started: 2005-06-12
Period will end: 2005-12-11

my question is: any of you had the same problem? or maybe it is my bad luck :(

No problems in that arena here... However I find it funny how quickly they resolve any kind of billing issues as compared to their customer support for game related issues.... :rolleyes:

1st time i w8 1 day for answer... so cannot play 2 days.
today have the same problem, email was send to support and maybe tomorrow i will play again.

i think KK will add 4 days to my account lol

why do they rely on this Click2pay shit?

I have never seen worse on the web for paying !!!

They are completely paranoid and they cancel your account without any reason.
They must be too rich for us

lol the last few days only on vent i heard about 5 people who's accounts just were canceld out of nothing lolol. and now crap to pay wants them to pay for the costs of transferring to nc2 and all shit again to..

god kk really even if you have to dump your publishers but ffs this is just as worse as it was with cdv. now people can get the game but can't pay because of they pushed some nib company on you that can't do fuck all. i always tell people to use pbc but they can't work with cc's so thats why you need paypal i gues.. tell c2p to go fuck themselfs and get a real company your losing customers because of a 3th party fucking things up for ya.
