How much H-C and weplore does a HC PE need to cap a speedgun?

I had a melee/h-c pe a while ago, he capped a tpc with 150ish h-c. I don't know how much wep he had and what % he got on it but the tsg is only tl 75 and fully artifact aswell so you should easily cap it with less than 150 h-c and a decent amount of wep. I think i had 75 psu, maybe a bit more, the rest of my int was in wep.

Pretty funny PE, blasting people with a tpc, then finishing 'em off with a capped pot. Scary shit. :lol:
