Game master for Terra

If I need to contact a game master on Terra online or on the forum to setup an anim or ask something directly about the game history or event ingame...
Who can I contact?

If you know a GM's name it's probably just best to email them in game...otherwise PMing one of the board moderators might be best.

Sorry to be nosy here, but what you mean by "setup an anim"?
