I ran into a GM tonight who gave me a jet pack to use. Here are some pics that I took of it in action! :D

Actually, this is what happened when Mosher fell out of an Advanced Glider. The thing flew for 2 more sectors upside down with me strapped to the claw before it crashed... :lol:

Talking about comical flights, yesterday at CRP we kept being bombed by an advanced glider that was swooping down, dropping a bomb, then vanishing from sight. Until it swooped down in front of CRP cave, dropped a bomb that hit the cave entrance and blew them up as they tried to fly upwards over the hill :lol:

Theres a guy in DarK who kept hacking a layer at Tyron then dive bombing my PPU. Was the funniest thing ive seen in Neocron for a while.

I think you'll find that's the same pair that post the initial thread, I was on Vent with them at the time and it was funny as hell to listen to!

LMAO :D Yea man that was us, we did a run and the pilot fell out. Once he did I went into Tezla and then north of that where I finally crashed.
When we slammed into the cave we were dieing with laughter because you guys were just standing there looking around like "wtf was that?". Then you got me going to the GR but the pilot escaped unharmed :lol:

I was saying on TS for everyone to watch out as the bomber was coming down again, got people buffs and stuff so they didn't die from the bomb. Then all I see is a bomb go over my head, there was an explosion with a flash, and there was rubble all over the hill and everyone on TS was laughing after we figured out what happened :lol:

Need to get a vech guy but also need to get shitloads of cash by the sounds of it, if i'm gonna be crashing in to hills and shit ;)

Actualy i wonder if you can use them as an expensive means to transport people somewhere, just get a pilot and tank in there, launch, full throtle, the pilot jumps out and the tank flies on for a couple of zones.
Hell, it could be something to add to the neocron olympics :-)

As well as choco-chogger shotput, just throw one outta ya inventory and see how far it goes.
My god....it looks like some kind of horrible experiment. Some massive metal contraption that has just grab the human meat sack as a doll. Lol...Jump packs will make this interesting. All though I wouldn't have thought it was a vehicle...the size and shape looks like will be considered a vehicle and require veh skill points. Any info on that?...also...is it able to hover in air in position or does it require constant attention. If it hovers, my idea of a total rifler clan will be complete. You will see miles and miles of air packed with snipers hovering over an Op....Muahahahahaha. Imagine the possiblilities. Just like the fields of "people growers" in the Matrix except in the air full of snipers:)
I don't know if the screenies were real because I'm, not really in touch with whats being developed for NC...But if the JP's are real can anyone post more info about them?...anything from Dev's/Mod's/Anyone who know would be greta...I'm really looking forward to them. Can you shoot while in them?:)

no no jet packs dude,we were in an advanced glder raiding crp and the way i got shot by a drone i fell out of the pilots seat,and the glider flew on with my bomber {keyboard gangster}for 2 full zones.He snapped a couple of screeies of me falling,and it looks like a jet pack on my back.sry for the misslead

That was my tank in the screens. It put me on the claw thing once you fell out :p
