NC1..how?

Just curious as to how you play NC1. As recommended by ichinin in his thread I am asking how you play NC1. Is it as simple as just creating a char designated as NC1. I didn't think you could do that, but I haven't tried either. I'm not going to. But I saw ichinin's thread http://forum.neocron.com/showthread.php?t=127166 about NC1 and was unaware that NC1 still "existed"..I figured the servers that were for NC1 were the same servers that are now serving NC2.

its running and you can login to NC1 using your old account and the old client, only uranus is online anymore a few people still play it. there is a billing flaw so no one even pays for it (but its unsupported and apparently heavily exploited so i dont know if anyone would).
