Hey , i just got a new card , Radeon 9550 ( old card was geforce 4ti )
and it seems like i will run and my FPS will spike all over the place and i will pop all around. My old card stayed around 25-30 while moveing then go low in pvp , but this card seems very bad , i have hit 8fps , Tony Montana told me that if i turn of an option called V-sync my FPS will go up , but i duno what to do anyone tell me how to fix this?
