SHIT I SUBMITED IT INSTEAD OF PREVIEW, ITS NO WHERE NEAR FINSIHED AND NOW IM ON A TIME LIMIT FOR EDITING ARGH
overview what i think should be done for each theme week, SPAM ME WITH EVERY BUG IN EVERY SECTION lol. these are all from the top of my head, i know im missing out on lots of em, all the things are the order there popping in my head, unfortunatly i cant pull them out of my head in order of importance,
blue for corections these are easyest and kinda needed
yellow for aditions these are things that would be nice if u could get in game
Red for other these are other things usualy not important but wanted, or my personal views
VHC
1 add more vhcs, maby some atiary
2 maby give us a sneak peak of the old plans for the combat mech we been waiting years for, (since beta 4 lol)
3 solve syncing bugs with more than 2 - 3 ppl in (apc's ect)
4 create a transport plane with dual low power machineguns for nice pericing damage and room for a op army
5 solve problems with the sky box, altmeter working with alerts to stop colition
6 fix the buggs that means u spawn in the air when crossing zonelines and take falling damage
7 launch a test server so we can fly map my map marking out any invisable walls that need to be fixed
8 as we cant run over things in vhc's we shoudlnt be alowed impact damage gliders
9 (this is a personal one) make a vhc with huge grinding blades on the front and it counts as a constant meele weapon hitting out of the front of the vhc on collitians
10 fix trike's rear weapon
11 make vhc nades usefull
12 add a transport vhc for items such fire mob parts (drivable cabinate)
13 rework the order things spawn across a zone line, im guessing its the order messing stuf up
PPU balancing theme week
1. EITHER
--a. make para weak and stackable with anti para removing drugs removing all stacks
--b. remove para
--c. change para to a mild drugflash only affecting ur vision, not movement
2. EITHER
--a. make buffs self cast only and let sancs heal other ppl buf other ppl, everything other ppl
--b. reduce the power of buffs/heals
--c. make buffs dependend on the amount ur moving, faster and more u move, less the heal effects you
--d. make buffs self cast only and rework the groupe modules so that there the ones used for pvp but with reduced effects
3. rework mob damage to acount for alterations made
4. make mobs randomly change from person to person to atack (to compensate for lack of fast healing)
5. make noob buffs overridable by higher ones
6. if all else fails introduce spirit mods on all weapons but make them decrease the power of a buf instead of destroying it
Fraction balance and enhancment theme week
this one is inspired by lup's recent post, mmmm very good idea so im reworking it, ps, tieing in stock x was genious, and with that i am also incoperating brads fraction council ideas to refine the whole rp area
ill try and bullet point it all
Firstly faction simpathys should be changing rapidly.
Inorder to stay in a largely populated fraction you must do many many missions for the fraction to prove ur worthy.
For the more desperate fractions inorder to stay in the fraction u need to preform very few missions, because people like tsunami are desperate for every runner they can get.
In exchange for this you will beable to achive a fraction bonus, so it is still posible to be a lazi bum and be in a fraction but u will be handicapping ur self
If u dont run these missions regularly to stay in favor with the ppl in power u dont get ur fraction bonus,
Make fraction chairmen exempt from these rules =] meaning there is a insentive to rp
Make every person who runs the mission instead of gaining money rather adds to a pool of money that the fraction counceler can use, this pool ingame is automaticaly added to when runners run there missions.
This money is then used ingame/out of game, depending on the dificulty to program, to purchace events and fraction bonuses,
Each fraction should have a special set of wquipment available to them in the form of a medal, the medal is only useable when ur fraction loves you, can be modified once every 2 weeks depending on the vote the fraction leader takes,
this could be in the form of server maintenance not a hard patch IF ITS POSIBLE, this would ad a great dimention to the game,
there is FAR to much to consider this a weeks worth work, it owuld turn into theam 2 years,

Hacknet (mainly my views on the sukkie maps)
1. We need balancing issues STILL
2. range issuse still
3. pheonix database crasing the server lol
4. hacknet is to repetative
5. IN MY OPINION we need in places like HL's mod ricochet

each sircle platform represents a node, the air time u jump between represents a pathway between nodes, gravity should be reduced drematicaly, and u should beable to jump from node to node, in a areal like this the mobs pushing abilities should be removed in exchange for a para ability making jumping harder, and u need optimisation software to get u moving again full speed (oviously wee need hacknet textures on the plates we jump from lol
6. data base's should look so gay, they just dont look like ur standard vission of hacknet, i whacked up some un textured 3d moddles i made in like 3 mins, its only for show oviously i expect some time to be invested in making the moddeles, im using some crappy free prog cos mines broken

Shealded and un shelded data columbs, they should have the same kind of
texture that u have in the mc5 energy reactors on the screen type of thing

the inside view when wakling around, ye the size and perspective and everything
is scrued, i dont realy care, there basicaly doodles for representation

the difeference between say a good fraction, FA and a bad fraction BD, one has
a fragmented file structure the other has a clean one with regular data structures
