Is the MMO market in being run by two major companies?

The US market is growing and growing, will the Korean/Asian MMOs *cough - clones* become a thing of the past?

Sony Online Entertainment now has The Matrix Online, Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest 1/2 and Planetside - plus the licenses to create a comic-book MMO.

NCSoft has Lineage 1/2, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Tabula Rasa, Guild Wars and soon Auto Assault.

SOE may have many main stream games

but all the good games are done by smaller companies
not big companies who can screw the who game over and not care *cough SOE sucks*

Not true. SOE tried to get MxO 2 or 3 times before they finally did and it became official. While I am sure the DC Comics was the main buying point, MxO would be icing on the cake.
