Hardly anyone on it and it takes ages to log on? :mad:
What was all that hype about improved hardware for NC2? :mad:
Will rebooting the server make this game playable? :mad:

Synchocron leads to dupocron, which leads to banocron according to the new item tracking (if it works at all, i have yet to see hard evidence)
gred to tezla from cycrow 3 times got stuck in sync everytime and when i relogged i was still in cy ug.
zoned from cy to tezla 3 times got either stuck in sync OR tranfered to someone elses body THEN got stuck in sync
fix the server plz
servers are a joke, dunno whats going on but even with 50 ping i cant do anything :mad:
yeah i know kk are working on it but this is pathetic, its impossible to play, why not take the server offline and fix it :D

Can't zone, Can't GR, never-ending sync's, endless login's, having problems with being someone else, Can't f*ckin play...Rebooted, re-logged, tried everthing.......Re-boot the server please!!

Now one of my chars is stuck in black permsync :mad: :mad: :mad:
I was trying to get my old NC1 tsunami char across the wastes (to tag grs) on terra today, practically every sync it got stuck, resulting in a relog/retry, if I was lucky my relog would bring me in the zone I wanted (or the zone after that). This was along the north part of the map.
Luckily I ended up in a zone with WBs, so at least I had something to do ;)

i was doing a noob mission for MR. Jones and sync out like 7 times from syncing from zone to zone. couldnt play it any more and logged out.
that was about 7 hours ago anyone know if its better?

Stop Downloading Porn With The Server!!!
I have no news on this atm I'm afraid. I've been getting ping dropouts on www.neocron.com and some of the GMs are getting high latency hops on the L3 nodes but others aren't. The servers themselves appear to be ok.
I'll post if there's any update.

Thanks Niddy, if it helps I've not seen any bad pings on my end (runs about 115 to 120, I'm east Coast US) just the clients thinking about zoning and just hangs there or try GRing pay the fee get the SI but just sync's log out and log back in your still where you logged out at but minus the GR fee and plus the SI.

L3 has been having some extremely hard issues with many of their non-german based routers. Doing some tracerts using different points of entry including England, Germany, New York, California, Florida, Mexico and Japan, Germany routers seem to be AOK, however, the routers connecting these locations seem to be corrupting data.
L3 needs to be nixed and a new ISP needs to be found.
Approx 11:50 Uk time we just got really bad ping, I think it was whole server. Everyone was saying they had lag and 700 ping average.
Was a shame because we had a nice op fight going with FF and loads of them crashed.

oh it exists, with my luck ill prolly get banned down the road from some item i somehow duped when trying to put a damn implant into my gogo, & about 5 mins later after reloggin cuz of bugs i find the imp still in my inv....go to my gogo..."wait a sec...ive already put it in there?...WTF?" its like a feeling of.."YAY! i actually got something GOOD from NC's bugs =D" but then u think "hrmmwould i get banned for keeping it & not throwing it into the river"? :rolleyes:
the game causes the dupe without ppl even knowing it, u cant plan it yourself, u cant do it yourself, it happens randomly & u get a random item from w/e u were doin duped. shame it hasnt happened with something actually RARE >_< so far with like a few lvl1 or lvl2 imps, a pair of fresh hly spirit pants, & i think thats all.
Hell, one thing that pissed me off the most in nc1 was when i was one of the blessed buffs, hly enr halo hybrids, & thanks to the bugs, no my 5 slot hly enr halo didnt get duped...got turned into some chemical.... O_o teh yay :(
Odd I've been fine, and I was on NC at 11:50 as well. If Level 3 are having a bad day, then that will explain a quite a few things.

I wasn't on NC @ 11:50pm, but the lag/long sync/permasync was starting to get annoying long before then anyway. :wtf: :D :lol:
My ping/FPS was pretty much fine (60 FPS, ping about the same), but syncing between zones was longer than usual. And I crashed too.
A good percentage of Neocron's lag issues have been due to L3, perhaps KK should take the hint and try a different provider? It may cost them money (and I know you have it, [edited - don't wanna get my perma ban yet]) but it will at least reduce problems. If I started playing NC as someone new to this genre, I'd be pretty pissed if I suffered latency problems due to a service provider.

Another odd thing at that fight - we had midnight (neocron midnight) twice. Anyway, was an enjoyable fight then. Shame when FF came back later our guys were spread out across the OP and were dead before we could rally or buff, and put counterattack went so FUBAR is unbelievable.
Level3 have informed us that they were experiencing difficulties between the UK and Germany in the last day or two. The U.S also comes through the UK to get to Germany so it would have affected them too.
The server logs are clean so we don't believe it to be a server issue. Is the problem any better today?

haven't had any probs at all today. don't know about everyone else :)
