Right, so how much r-c and wep do i need to cap an artifact termi?
Also, while we`re at it, how much for pain easer, ts assault rifle, libby and earp?

Actually, i don't care about wep that much, i just need to know how much r-c i should have.

170 rifle combat should be enough to cap a and lowtech rifle, and the same to pc and lowtech pistols.

My rifle pe has 170 (or had, I think, still might) 170 rifle combat and 110ish? 120ish? weapon lore and fully capped a pain easer, I think that's a little overkill as it is.

Since wep affects rof, you need fuck all pc to cap a libby or wyatt. Probably 160 min.

My PE has 150rc and 141wep lore

Her termi has the following stats: 119dmg 120freq 117handling 120range

And she ends up with 168%dmg, 267%aiming and rof of 203/min.

Another 10 rc from the lvl 3 PE pa should cap it or come very close anyway.

edit- as i thought, the PA taking my rc to 160 has capped the termi.

Well I cap both with about 170 RC and 130-ish WEP. Actually, its fair to say that I'm overcapping, and could probably LOM some RC out, but I'm reluctant to do that until the skills system is more concrete. I'd hate to LOM out my weapon skills and have my cheese moved again ;)

Sweet, made an amazing setup then thats gonna cap a termi. Pain Easer even maybe. :)
