I've had my PC for about 9 months now, built it last year. Not top of the range by any means, but it does the job (I get relatively constant 60FPS in 1280x1024 resolution), but the problem I do have with it is cooling. When I'm playing NC, the thing gets really hot, and so the fan speeds up accordingly.

It gets so fucking noisy when it gets going that I've had to remove the side of the casing just to try and keep it cool. I have a standard CPU fan that comes with retail Pentium chips, a 60mm fan on the case, and a fan that sits in place of a PCI device and draws heat from the graphics card and out the back of the machine. Anyone know anything about cooling that doesn't involve megabucks and ideally isn't so damn noisy?

/edit: I don't overclock my CPU either.
