Retail box reactivate old account?

Just wondering, is it possible to reactivate my other NC1 account, using a NC2 retail box?

Cos I don't wanna order it only to find out I can't reactivate.

i know that for bringing over NC1 accounts you have to contact helpdesk .. they will fix it ..

tough i dont know if you have to have a boxed version (thus fresh key) of it then

i have an extra question .. when my neocron fails me and i have to reinstall .. can i yust use the previous (NC2) edition i downloaded and still have on cd ? or i need a key for that now ? or is it yust to activate a new account you need a key (from on the box) atm ? i have no clue ...

yeah you have to make the new NC2 account, then contact kk about getting your nc1 chars (with proof of ownership... what is needed for that i don't know)
