Can't connect to game at all!

After one of my characters crashed whilst using the NC subway I am unable now to connect to the game at all, with any of my characters.

One of two things happens - either i get a message that another runner is online when i try to connect and so it takes me back to the login screen, or it reaches the point where it says 'Synchronising' and then gives me a runtime error or just freezes.

naturally, I can't file an in-game petition since I can't get in-game. What are my options then please?

send an e-mail to helpdesk@neocron.com explaining the situation, its a bit of a strange bug that, and I have to say unfortunatly I havent come across it before :confused:

Hopefully they should be able to help.

Silly question - you have allowed the server time to disconnect your players before you tried to reconnect (about 2-3 mins is the best amount of time).

yeah, waited at least 30 mins and there was no change :( thanks for the email address, will send off that mail now :)
