WOC levels & faction hopping

My APU easily has the XP to get PSI WOC level 1 (maybe even 2), once I get the disks and cash that is :lol: But I was wondering, once I get the level, would it still stick even if I changed faction because then I wouldn't be a faction master?

once u get ur woc lvl
it says woc + 1 near ur rank
shouldent change if changing factions...
that would just be silly

well, since the game seams very linear programmed, i think u need to be Master, everytime u hit the WoC-Teacher.

ie. Biotech Master => Woc1, WoC2-ready but not Master = not able to gain WoC2 level at the Teacher.

edit : like u need to be master of faction everytime u wanna gain the WoC-Level.
