right. nc stopped working for no reason.

Puuh...

all other games are working just fine (even nc1 offline demo)
but nc2 gets stuck now when im trying to start it up, i dont even see the log in screen and all what happends is i see black screen and client.exe killing cpu 100%

I did install new ATI 5.5 Cat drivers wich is working fine with everything else but seems like not with nc2.

So im asking, anyone else here who has installed ATI 5.5 cat drivers?

I tryid to run the game in dx 7 and with window mode but that didnt work.
Lets see does file check find anything.

had this prob myself to think i just reinstalled to fix it. tho was my nc1 install when i had it last time never had it with nc2 yet.

had this problem for like 5 mins then i shut down a couple programs and game was fine again

re-installing will fix it for sure, but as somebody mentioned above, switching on and off your pc and then starting nc can work too; had it a few times myself:)
