need help with gfx card!!!! im all blue!!!

ok, so my monitors fine, i knwo that cos my monitor settings comes up fine!

have reinstalled drivers, changed from normal nvidia drivers to omega drivers, this doesnt work.

idk what to do, anyone got any ideas, i've played about with my settings, but they all seem fine. but AARRRGGGHHHH need help!!
