ok.. i got the e-mail through they say it should be done today. my question is where do i go for it and how long did it take for anyone elces to go though?

soposivly from what ive heard its through the account details on the website. but mine still says the same crap no changes... so much for monday.

launcher m8, open the nc2 launcher, click my acount or sumin like that, log in and there should be 3 options not 2


click transfer character

how can u not log on to it, its uses the same acount name and password as ur game acount, if u can log in ur game acount u can log in ur launcher acount, and if u cant u cant get onto a game acount meaning u cant transfer characters

its the button saying "your account"

Monday was a holiday in Germany. Maybe the persons who can fix such problems was not working.

KK took away the ability to transfer your characters through the launchers a while back. The only way to do it now is by mailing them with the characters you want to transfer from so and so to so and so (Name, server etc).

Never tried it cause I transfered through the launcher, so I'm not sure how long it takes them to do it...

na they told me it merges the accounts so i can go through the account details to switch them over (just cant do it myself so they do it manualy).
