I believe the various Dome Of York bots do x-ray.

WB's do a mixture of energy/xray with the beam and force/piercing with the rockets from what I understand.

DOY bots all xray i think
Warbots Xray Para Force and Energy
Hoverbots Have an xray bomb and and energy/force beam
(i think it does force since it alwasy pushes me back a little)
Maybe Y-reps and/or the SC's in the worm tunnels?
