Your resists could do with a 'slight' boost (though you do have a nice amount of health for a monk) but besides that it looks ok.
I'd suggest going rifles though, damage on pistols just won't be worth it even damage boosted. Use an assault rifle or drug and use a Tangent Assault Rifle TL44. Also i think you have a Strength booster in when you wanted a Dex booster. Think you might even be able to use Dex booster 2...

Including whiteflash and redflash, you can get up to 63 dex and 130ish p-c/r-c. Thats the TL 63 Rapidfire SMG or the TL 61 Gatlin rifle, might even cap it with that amount p-c/r-c.
You still get good runspeed cause of drugs and enough psi for holy buffs, although you'd get crap damage/freq on those, so i'd rather go for good blessed buffs.
Might be fun to play, that TL 63 pistol really isnt that bad. :)

I'm gonna mess about a bit and see what I can come up with.
