Hey, Im taking the possibility of getting a new motherboard, I need some advise
needs=
P4 support
DDR333
some nice motherboard coolingness
not old and shitty :)
maybe a price in $

ignore the penile "get this, that and the other"
have a look at abit boards, they have plenty of P4 boards pretty cheap -that do the job.
dont get an AI7 though. (well they are pretty good really)
i have one, great board (the uguru is pretty funky tool on abit boards) makes high pitch squeely type noises that they dont admit to but owners have heard, and the AI7 has a diagonal mounting for the processsor which is just silly as you have to modify your heatsink accordingly.

go onto google and type in P4 motherboards and you will be bombarded with online retailers.

can get a £60 one that will do everything you want/need.
if you are an overclocker then you will probably enjoy the uguru -dont play with it myself.

gf6800 ........................£200 -500 per card depending on manufacturer etc
non branded 1gb ddr400 £55.80 brands obv. more

so about ...£826.7 - 1900 depending on where you buy and what level of item you buy.

me too, i still need a faster PC, a New Car and a Place to live. A place in Tallahassee for two to four years and afterwards California, near LA during my internships. So right now, upgrading is not an option.
