Ok guys i need help here , don't know what to do.

I stoped playing in december last year because c2p did't wanted to accept my card.

Now a week ago i update my card details and send a e-mail to c2p to reactivate my accounts.( 2 accounts i have)

And guess what they charged me for all this months i didn't play + the upgrade fees.

And then they send me a e-mail saying a error ocurred and that i should contact KK to solve the matter.(and i did it )

Now is over a week(don't got any e-mail from eiter side) , and i didn't got any update on the situation all i know is they take about 60 extra pounds from my account.

also they block my card as my bank canceled it as got more then 15 request of payment in less then a 5 minute period




All this realy afected me as i'm not rich and it caused me hardship just because they taked near all my money left for the week.


this is mail i got from c2p:

The amounts that were charged when your subscriptions were reactivated will be

maybe kinda offtopic. but thats how most of the times i find people (directly )more helpfull. helpdesk e-mails always give some sorry but go moan at the other side and ofcourse always the same line.
