KK and Bugged patches

Don't get me wrong, I love this game. I have been playing nc since beta 4 and I can say this is the most fun game I have ever played. But why can't KK do something right from the start....Yes I'm talking about the newbie rewards, if i look at the ''newbie reward bug thread'' the only thing you see is tens of things that aren't working/can't be found/aren't been given. The last mmorpg I played (Lineage2, <---no flames plz) didn't have all those issues/bugs after a patch. They did it right, the FIRST time...Now KK I ask you, why is it so hard to do it right the first time? Is it that other mmorpgs have more employees? or better skilled employees? Tell me, I'm dying to know
