Neocron Invaded!

Doom Harbringers assault the inner-city
Today, the inner-city districts of neocron came under heavy attack from the mutants known as "Doom Harbringers" carrying their feared Judgement Day Launchers. Initally the plaza districts came under an attack that the copbots and city security were completely unable to hold back. It fell to the Runners of Neocron to defend their city. The largest concentration was in Plaza 4 district, not far from the HQ of NExT. Citizens abandonded their meals as they fled it terror.

After this attack was beaten back, the runners headed off, to proceed with whatever tasks they had to do. It wsan't long however before the beasts were back, this time attacking the high-class district of Via Rosso. Again, a signifcant force of Neocron runners were eventually able to beat back this mostrous invasion.

Mutterins were heard amount the runners regarding Reagant's Leagacy, and also the apparent incompetence of City Admin's security.

Its the force damage. And AoE and terrible aim- so even though the mobs arent aiming at you (the real secret to PPU PvE 'invulnerability) you still take damage. There were lots of dead PPUs around... Still yes, it is a lot of deads. Still, my FOR will be better when I get my DS built.

In the ensuring chaos and crossfire during todays incident many loyal defenders of neocron fell to what seemed to be an almost limitless.

But with reinforcements from City Security and NCPD, the mutie invasion was soon repulsed leaving only the duty of rezzing the cities falling heros by the few remaining psimonks loyal to the city above that of their crahn counterparts.

But with this invasion comes rumour and speculation. A force of mutants this large and this organised to have reached so far in city has not been seen since the days the regeants legacy was a hive of mutant activity. Many runners wait in anticipation, Of an announcement concerning this incident and plans for retaliation and exploration of the possibility of some connection with regeants legacy.

yeah fun he :) i think he's a new player tough, he went asking everyone in TH to buy the launcher, showed em to everyone :) and everyone appologizing they arent intrested in the most polite way :)
