Hacknet Software Smuggler

I rolled a hacker yesterday, been waiting to for a couple of weeks now, and now I'm at the point where I need to buy new software. But I get to the location in FA sector where the Hacknet Software smuggler used to be and find he's gone.

It may be that he was moved a while back and I've just not noticed, I tend to miss things like that, but can anyone tell me where the Smuggler has been moved to?

Someone should check the smuggler in TH as well, even though he sells the uber low level software just curious if he's still there

He's there.

But when I visited him yesterday he wasn't up for bussiness. I was surpriced to find him there (hadn't been there before). And more surprised when he didn't do/say anything.

Anyone know the locations of any other HN software smugglers?
