Question about faction-specific items

If I want to construct a faction-specific item, how should I do this? Maybe it's on this forum somewhere, but I didn't find it so far. Help appreciated.

If i get the BP of a faction specific item from someone who got it from hacknet. (i believe that's the way to get it?)

Can i then res coipes of it? or do u have to get a BP from hacknet each time?

Yes., u can all get the stuff from other ppls, no problem.

Yes, Hacknet Databases (behind high security 1+2+3)

no, u need to get each copy from hacknet with empty TL90 bps / edit: and the licenses from the Faction Supply Manager from this faction.
