Cool, how many of those do you actually get to see/hear play their set tho?

Glasto is heroic but with the happy mondays playing at global gathering i think thats more than enough reason to drag myself along to that.

Better line up then I thought they would have, however I would like to officially cockslap NME for saying that Oasis would be at Glasto about a month back...

MuchMusic before they turned garbage used to show about a day's worth of music from there. I miss not being able to see that anymore.

If youve got cable over there in the sticks of canada you should be able to get some of it on MTV, tho knowing MTV it will be clips of naked birds coverd in mud...

uhm hum, those names dont ring a bell... not even one... is it some kind of pop festival? Or are those some local bands ?
What kind of music is that? Punk? Punk-rock? Pop? British Pop? British Rock? British Pop-Rock? ;)
(i'm not UK, just curious)

Mixture of Pop, pop-rock, rap and some other random stuff.

Not going to glasto, going to Leeds instead - more metally

only heard of a few of the bands in that list ;o

i prefer punk rock (yes, more mainstream punk than the "typical" underground hardly known punk)

I'm amazed you don't recognise even one.

The main stages are primarily for 'decent' popular music, not 'pop' (if you get what I am talking about), plus a load of lesser heard stuff. It's too broad to say it's of any particular style.

You could have the Foos one minute, Supergrass the next, then Macy Gray, followed by Rolf Harris and Jules Holland.

OMG not another clay head :) Cant u go to chelmsford instead.
If not i'll cya at weston park at the front for ian brown, if u have been before you will be well educated about the ladies that give out free, YES FREE strongbow. OK so its cider, but on a hot day it goes down rather nicely..... and did i mention that its FREE!!!
Lol u hav no idea how many ppl turn up at the tiny village of weston, come into the tiny (but fantastic) local pub and ask "so where's the festival?"
lol err its about 20 miles away m8

Stokies here, stokies there, stokies every f**king where.

I cant wait, got my free entry sorted...... hopefully :)
