City Admin Epic Bugged?

I've been trying to do the City Admin epic for hours now. I am stuck on the part where you talk to Simon and he says he needs 3 days to locate the bot, to which I reply that I'll talk to my directors manager or something to that extent. I go and talk with him and he says to talk to the first guy, Colins or something. Colins gives me the same info he did the first time then I'm stuck in the loop from that point forward. If i talk with another directors manager they start me on epic mission 1 and if I relog I'm back in the kill Grand and talk to Simon mission. Anyone know anything about this and what I'm supposed to do?

thats been bugged for ages... just go back to the human resources director and it should put you onto the next mission... or so i was told anyway :rolleyes:
::edit:: make sure it was the same director you started the mission with

# Return to Human Resources Director you got mission from (no not talk to yet)
# Cancel Current Mission
# Talk to Human Resources Director
# He gives you mission 1 again, dont worry, just cancel it
# Talk to Human Resources Director again
# He gives you next mission, woooohooo :)

Thats how it went for me anyway, I have heard various different versions but its all the same pretty much.

What about the special LE chip that Simon talks about? The one that gives you the benefits of a implant?
