For those that care, or at least don't care *shrug* Tech TV is finally, 100% dead.
In the last couple weeks, "G4TechTV" have basically killed off what is left of TechTV. No longer is TechTV in the corporate title, site, or tv channel name. To further add to this, their only redeeming show The Screen Savers, is gone.

Someone will reply and point out "Well Mav, TSS is just renamed as Attack of the Show, their still there". I answer with this; it's utter shit. Have you watched it? It has so little "tech" its crap. The occasional Firefox "hey look at what cool plugin we found today!" and maybe a glimpse of who's playing what pc game in their lan is about as "tech" as they get now. Of course that was what TSS was previously but at least Kevin (the good one) tried to keep as much tech around as he could. (if ya ask me him and Yoshi and Pat were the fucking stars that kept it alive since Leo left).
Sadly Kevin Rose only sticks around cause well, he's a tech by heart and he knows that you stick with the gravy train. He's smart as fuck and could land a job just abou anywhere but he knows what we all know; there is NO job security in the tech field. (so leaving now would just be throwing away free money "G4" is giving him for "working" on their show).
I long, long ago deleted "G4TechTV" from my cable lineup when they first put TechTV in the coffin, and have since watched TSS from TiVo off a friends set. TSS is gone and I personally will not stand for the bastardized version "Attack of the Show" they've given us now. Fuck the common lemming who goes into the local EB to buy the latest reguritated Madden NFL title from EA, these are the people G4 tarkets their lowest common denominator "video game" shows towards.
For those that remember ZDTV remember the good times when "Tech"TV was spawned from and what it was. Those days are gone for us real tech geeks, nerds and dorks. The future is the console lemming.
