PE and healing light

Can someone please tell me the %aim and %damage on HL, with SA setup?
Coz i'm thinking about rolling PPU killer, and healing light is the best way to kill those bastards (noob heal\shelter and shoot em up).

If you want a PPU killer, make an APU.

Anyway, you can cap a HL on a PE.

if u want to know if u cap HL on ur pe, yes, easily.

but only a stupid ppu will die to an hl pe.

A lot of stupid ppu's died to my PE in NC1. Even from cartel ;)

wouldnt say that the defense is much bader. my hl pe has even a pp-resistor imped. makes the pa only wearable drugged up, but since i cant fight without drugs anyway it doesnt matter.
only thing that suxx about it, is that you cant use sh without shitty serumderibat...

sh + hl on distance is deffentliy a working ppu killer. but the ppu has to be stupid or half afk :p no good ppu dies by a single player.
