Connection problems in Germany?

For at least the past 2 hours I've been unable to log on, launcher stops at
"Updating Game Data" when I hit resume or after selecting any server.
A tracert is telling me it's in Germany somewhere. Here's the trace.

Dunno the NC2 ip but the old NC1 ip I've been using. it's 62.140.29.54

eh, ya but it was working last nite. anyways by the neocron.ini the server ip is
62.140.29.50.

Same outcome with this addy.

its fine on 62.140.29.50 too... 11 hops on each

yop could trace back to the .50 one without problems to :)
