OK, im going to i23, and was cleaning up my PC, defragging, whathaveyou

and i tried to run Disk Cleaner under Win2k (the inbuilt one), and it just crashes, it gets stuck while it scans the drive!

are there any decent 3rd party drive cleaning software that you can recommend?

Here's a couple of links to a defrag utility and a disk cleaner utility:

I use the O&O Defrag, and the System Mechanic 5 has a memory defrag utility, that I found usefull....

If you want it clean, clean it yourself. Regedit, sysedit, msconfig and all those lot are NOT as dangerous as people make them out to be :rolleyes:

CCleaner kicks the ass off any cleaning program out there. Simple, looks good, cleans the shit up. :)

I've been using it for about... 3 months now? I love it.
