Hermes Update

Just a quick note to say that our very own Beliar will be the voice behind the German liaison assistant account "Hermes" from now on. I'd like to thank Robert for his help in getting Hermes off the ground initially. I've already collected a number of concerns from the German community through Hermes and I know he can be relied upon to represent his community faithfully (judging by the number of times he keeps bugging me for answers. ;) )
