csting and monks help meh

ok ok i'v had a PE cst before that worked.. but atm i don't have a spare PE. my spy is ress only.. but i need a cst to build killer a supply of spells ( so PE level spells ) + need to build armor..

how much cst would a monk need to cap spells ? is it double TL like a resser or ?

well a db requires around 100 cst i think (to cap it)

a well with an op + cst 3 boost.. not even counting in a glove ( cause i don't have one :p ) i wouldn't sink below 190 psu after lomming.. so thats ok :)
