Had to share cause this was... fun, and funny, in a weird kinda way. Anyhow, its some doll festival thing or something, so FFXI have a moogle quest! So we naturally need a group of 10 people, I joined a group.. Being the Hero that I am...

Well currently in the storyline, I've had to travel to San D'oria as an Emissary, so I go to the Embassy there, and they sent me off to the Elven Palace place where a chap talks to me and told me to kill a War Chief, which I did (with help), just from going there I found out the Elven people dont really like outsiders, they think the Tarus are short, the Humes a disease and the Galkas brainless idiots, so the Elves are really up themselves, I wanted to tell them where to stick their mission. Then its off to Windume or wherever, the home of the Taru, where I find out they are at "peace" with the beastmen, so I have to kill a Dragon for the beastmen to placate the Taru's, diplomacy and all that. There is also something happening with the Galakas in the mines, not sure what though, and you get your very own cut scenes during the missions too. So yes, the storyline is excellent, turning into a child is fun :D

Its a seriously huge plot, and the part I'm in is just mission 6 I think, will give me rank 3 (of 10 I think) so there is a bit more plot for just that part (Bastok). Not including the sub plots elsewhere, its a typical FF game, you got the main story line, and other storylines from the NPC's, so I'm enjoying myself (and the cat chicks are teh hottie :D)

I was under the impression that drinking from the bottle labelled "drink me" was supposed to make you shrink, not eating the cake marked "eat me". :confused:

e: I've tried to make it as obvious as possible, but this is a literary reference...

Lewis Caroll was a genius! But ya, ur probably right, most authors are off their trolly, Clive Barker (Hell Raiser) was probably so high when he wrote Hell Raiser he thought it was real life :D

Hehe, Taru taru, Didnt me and some friends make a video using maya at the art institute, Depicting Some of our buddies of what "would" happen If our "favorite game" crossed over to FF11. hhehe I was golden, Ill try and find it.

HEhe one hint, Taru taru's get some serious air time and make it through a goal post^^ :D God help me find the beutiful video.
