Okay.
NC says I cap CS. Neoskiller tells me 202% damage.
I yank an imp. NC still says I cap CS. Neoskiller tells me 191.8% damage.
WHO IS THE LIAR?!
TELL ME. o_O
i dont think neoskiller has been updated since the last skill requirment changes...

Losing that 10.2% in damage would be unacceptable. I must know the truth.
im pretty sure neocron is going to know more about what its doing, than a 3rd party proggie made using formulas worked by the community (no disrespect to neoskiller is pwns :D)...
tho...this is nc :p
last version of neoskiller was befor the patch came which changed the hc/wep handling-change. same goes to pc/rc.

I wasn't :(
Neoskiller seems to work out total armour + con resist slightly wrong but not all the time. If you go by con x 0.9 + armour which I think is the correct way (pretty sure) neoskiller can be wrong sometimes, but its does certainly pwn very usefull proggie :)
i think its con x 0.9 +armour untl the total resit is <100, once its 100=> its like 1.2 instead of 0.9
i think
im probly wrong..
i usually am :p

The value used to determine dmg absorbtion is your total armour.
Resists ADD to your armour value.
The armour bonus from 0 resist to 100 is the resist times 0.9.
From 101 to 114 the relation ship changes.
At 114 (the value at which the armour bonus caps) the armour bonus is 119.
The total armour cap is 200, which equates to 76% dmg absorbed.
No known changes in this have been seen to have happened, so the info at http://neocron.ems.ru/resist.html still holds true.
I don't think that he got the wpn caps right. I hope that he will get it right soon.
Edit: maybe he still needs us to post our skills and the stats we get on our guns so he can work it out.

Thought so thats why I never work out resists on skill managers and if 119 = 73 % protection then theres not much difference between 119 and 135 total armour =)
Infact if its 300 damage then going form 119 armour to 135 armour thats about 1.76 dammage reduction or am I talking complete shite

i feel stupid now..
isnt it
dmg cap 178 %
aim cap 267 %
? cuz then you would be capping it actually more than capping it according to neoskiller.
i might remember wrong that its 278 % dmg and 167 % aim but i dont think so.
damn its so long since i looked at stats on my hc tank...
Naimex you had it right the first time. All guns cap dmg at 178% and aim at 267%.

Naimex is right, 202% means your actually overcapping your CS (the damage cap being 178%), when you yank your imp 191 is still > then 178.

NeoSkiller is totally inaccurate for the weapon statistics, do NOT trust them for anything except perhaps judging how much effect something has on your weapon. The actual figures are wrong.
