Router Trouble anyone have a: R-ADSL-C1

I'm having trouble with my router anyone who has a R-ADSL-C1 that could tell me the rules they had to set up. My ISP says they don't block anything but I do have trouble playing NC atm i cant play.

What brand is it? Linksys? D-Link? Netgear?

R-ADSL-C1 is a Dynamode router.
